Juan Peña Typica, Ecuador
We have purchased from Juan Pena of La Papaya for many years now and we are blown away by the coffees coming out of this farm. La Papaya has been used in many competitions including taking 1st place in the US Barista competition a few years ago.
This lot, a washed Typica is incredibly nuanced with florals and tropical fruit flavors, with a sweet honey lingering finish.

Altitude: Up to 2100 MASL
Process: Washed and raised bed sun dried.
