Wow wow wow. This coffee is another absolute stunner :)!!! Ethiopia (said to be coffee's birthplace) is home to some of the world's most wild and stunning coffees, This is because much of the country's coffee is of wild heirloom varieties that impart such a unique flavors. Although this coffee uses yeast in its wet fermentation, it is remarkably clean and sweet, with no funky character. To us, it tastes just like a washed coffee - but with exceptional sweetness, and juicy flavors. This coffee comes from the Odako village, and produced in a local mill run by the Dakamo family.
