In the heart of the
Tarrazu region of Costa Rica, there is a town called Guayabal, where small farm holders pool their coffee together to create this wonderful coffee. This area of the world is considered by many to be the absolute ideal microclimate for coffee perfection. With an Elevation of 1700-2000 Meters, and rich volcanic soil, and a tremendous fluctuation between warm days and cold nights, These coffee trees produce fruit with a wonderful sweetness, and buttery mouthfeel!
