Small farmers from the surrounding Sidama area bring their ripe coffee cherries to the Hamasho washing station where they are processed. Coffees from this region are known for their florality, brightness and sweetness. This coffee is scored as Grade 1 meaning that it has met the highest standard of flavor and nuance through immense care and preparation of the coffee. Elixr has purchased from the Hamasho washing station for a few years now and are happy to bring you this years favorite.
