Wilton Benitez Red Bourbon, Colombia

This coffee is sparkling and wild! It is our Third release from Wilton Benitez and the best coffee we've tried all year. The ripe cherries are sorted then undergo a fermentation where they are deprived of oxygen. A specific yeast is then added to produce the wild and citrus flavors.
