Las Brumas Honey Geisha, El Salvador

We were first introduced to Ernesto Menedez after winning the Cup of Excellence in 2012 and it has been a pleasure to work with him and call him a friend. Finca Las Brumas is a farm dedicated to quality and progress. The lots that we have brought in are from his highest elevations, “Mountanita” and “Wild Forest”. Here, Ernesto plants the trees further apart than usual and uses natural biodiversity to ensure pristine soil and shade. This year we will bring in several different lots with different processing methods.
